How To Run Your First Match Day in Mr Team Machine

Mr Team Machine is designed so your team can manage scheduling, communication, live game operations, and media from one place. This walkthrough covers the exact sequence most coaches use on game day.

Match day workflow

Step 1: Team Setup, Roles, and Roster

  1. Open your team and verify you are in the correct team context.
  2. Review role permissions in Owner/Admin settings.
  3. Confirm roster details: jersey numbers, positions, birthday, and parent links.
  4. Open Team Events and verify your match event has correct date, time, and location.

Before kickoff: send one quick team message confirming arrival and location.

Step 2: Event, Notifications, and Live Feed

Match Day Checklist

  • Scoreboard opens and updates without refresh issues.
  • Play-by-play can be posted quickly as actions happen.
  • Live feed can start, pause, reconnect, and end cleanly.
  • Invited viewers can watch in app and from shared web link.
  • After ending feed, recording appears in Media for replay.

Step 3: End of Match Wrap-Up

  1. Confirm final score and period status on Game Day card.
  2. Post final update in team messages.
  3. Review any player comments/achievements that should be added.
  4. Check that stream recording title and description are correct in Media.
