Getting Started

---

First 10-minute setup

1. Open the app and select your team.
2. Go to Owner/Admin Settings and confirm your role permissions.
3. Add a few roster members from Team Roster.
4. Create one test event from Team Events.
5. Send a test team message.

Dashboard & 7 Day Sports Cast

---

What this page gives you

• Game Day card: current match status, score, and quick access to game controls.
• 7 Day Sports Cast: upcoming weather + events at a glance.

How to use it

1. Tap any day tile to open detailed schedule for that date.
2. Use the Info button to learn weather icons.
3. Use the Events button to open event details for that day.

Roster & Player Profiles

Common tasks

• Add players and non-players from the + button.
• Edit player details from each roster card.
• Update jersey number, position, birthday, and contact info.
• Link parents/guardians on the player detail page.

Best practice

When editing jersey numbers, resolve duplicate warnings immediately so game day reports stay accurate.

My Team (Private Family Roster)

My Team is your private planning area for family members and personal schedules.

Use it for

• Family appointments and non-team commitments.
• Tracking conflicts across multiple kids and activities.
• Personal reminders not visible to the full team.

Calendar & Events

---

Create an event

1. Go to Team Events and tap +.
2. Enter title, date/time, event type, and location.
3. Add details or message content if needed.
4. Save, then confirm it appears on calendar and 7-day view.

Attendance tools

Select one or more events and set availability as Going, Not Going, or Maybe.

Messages & Notifications

---

Send a message

1. Open Team Message.
2. Write your update and optionally add media.
3. Choose recipients and send.

Notification behavior

• Tapping a push notification opens the relevant area in app.
• Unread indicators clear after the message is opened/consumed.

Game Day, Scoreboard, Play by Play

During a match

• Use scoreboard controls for period and clock state.
• Post play-by-play updates as events happen.
• Send comments/achievements from player detail when needed.

Live Stream

Start a stream

1. Open Game Day and go to Live Stream.
2. Tap Start Feed and complete payment if required.
3. Choose who can watch (team-wide and/or invited viewers).
4. Start filming in camera view.

While streaming

• Use Pause Feed for temporary stops.
• Use Reconnect Feed during your active session window.
• Use End Feed when finished (this closes the session).

Media Library

Recorded stream clips and uploads appear in Team Media.

What you can do

• Search videos/images/documents.
• Edit title/description.
• Set visibility (personal vs team-wide, where available).
• Delete old items and keep media organized.

Roles, Security, and Owner Tools

Who can do what

• Owner/Admin: full settings and permission control.
• Coach: team operations and match workflows (configurable).
• Parent/Player: limited actions based on team settings.

Use security settings to control who can edit roster info, post comments, remove achievements, and manage events.

Billing & Stream Fees

• Stream pricing is set by team owner/admin.
• Paid stream windows allow reconnects for a limited time.
• Discount/demo codes may be available for approved cases.

Troubleshooting

---

If something looks wrong

1. Pull to refresh or reopen the page.
2. Confirm you are on the correct team.
3. Check your role permissions for that action.
4. For live feed issues, wait up to 20 seconds and try reconnect once.
5. If issue persists, contact your team admin with exact time and screen.
