Delete your Mr. Team Machine account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Mr. Team Machine account and associated personal data, even if you no longer have the app installed.

Delete from the mobile app

If you can sign in, the fastest deletion path is inside the Mr. Team Machine app:

  • Open Mr. Team Machine.
  • Go to Account Settings.
  • Choose Delete Account.
  • Confirm the permanent deletion prompts.

The in-app flow deletes your TeamMachine account, personal profile links, and Firebase Authentication account. If you signed in with Apple, the app also asks Apple for authorization so it can revoke the Sign in with Apple token before deletion.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address on your account and ask for account deletion.

  • Send the request to support@mrteammachine.com.
  • Use the subject line "Mr. Team Machine Account Deletion Request".
  • Include the account email, your name, team name if known, and any invite code or phone number tied to the account.

What is deleted

Account deletion is intended to remove or anonymize personal data associated with your Mr. Team Machine account, including:

  • Authentication account and sign-in identity.
  • Personal profile fields and account settings.
  • Team membership links and personal contact details where they are tied to your account.
  • Device/app preferences and personal account links stored by TeamMachine.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained when needed for security, legal, financial, operational, or shared team-history reasons.

  • Shared team records such as schedules, game history, team messages, scores, attendance, and media may remain visible to other authorized team members with your personal account data removed where possible.
  • Payment, subscription, tax, invoice, fraud-prevention, and support records may be retained as required by law or business operations.
  • Backups and logs may take additional time to age out of retention systems.

Deleting your Mr. Team Machine account does not automatically cancel active App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Manage those subscriptions from your Apple ID or Google Play account.

Timing

In-app account deletion begins immediately after confirmation. Email requests are reviewed manually so we can verify account ownership before deleting data. We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
